Profile:	Bill Huang is a Senior Vice President and CTO of UTStarcom, Inc., a global leader in IP access networking solutions and international service and support. Mr. Huang is deeply committed to, and actively managing in the areas of 3G mobile switching systems, IP media streaming, GEPON system, Multi-service Softswitch, and Operation Support Systems. His knowledge base is built upon over 19 years of experience in the development of key communication technologies. Prior to joining UTStarcom in 1994, Mr. Huang held engineering and management positions in several companies including AT&T Bell Labs, Timeplex , and Racal Data Communications. Mr. Huang holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
