A fifteen-year success record in general management, P&L management, sales/marketing, and deployment of software, systems, and network solutions. Proven skills in raising capital, building sales channels, scaling companies to profitability, preparing for IPOs, creating strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, managing complex sales for both services and turnkey solutions (hardware & software), new service launches, and attracting and leading top industry executives. Extensive industry knowledge of global markets in multimedia (Voice, Video, Data, and Internet) solutions, data communications (ATM, Frame Relay, IP, DSL, 802.11b) services, managed services, security solutions, broadband and wireless applications.

Michael was the President and CEO of OmniTrust Security Systems (www.omnitrust.com) from May 2002 through June 2005. The company was sold to Heisei Denden of Japan on April 7, 2005. He signed the leading systems integrator Nomura Research Institute (NRI) which positioned the company as the de-facto solution and recognized leader in technology for privacy and information security in Japan and Korea by 2004. Built the channel strategy and signed closed named accounts. YahooBB and Korea Telecom were publicly announced. In May 2004, launched the patent pending Protected Browser product in Japan, a database protection capability. At launch successfully installed the largest consumer loan institution in Japan. By December 2004, raised $7 million from NRI, Diamond Capital, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance as well as original investors
